Old Church Surgery Christmas Opening Hours
Important Notice
The practice will be closed on the following Bank holidays:
- Wednesday 25th December 2024
- Thursday 26th December 2024
- Wednesday 1st January 2025
This is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you cannot use the online service, then dial 111 free from landlines and mobiles.
Emergencies & Prescriptions
For immediate, life-threatening emergencies, call 999.
Please request repeat prescriptions in adequate time.
Prescriptions needed by monday 23rd December or Monday 30th December will need to be submitted to the practice by Friday 20th December (for 23rd) or Friday 27th December (for 30th) before 12pm noon.
Please refer all routine matters to the practice during normal working hours.
